Tours and tastings are now open to book starting from 1st November 2024. Our foraging tours have seasonal availability but they do book up quickly. Get in touch with us if you're looking for a beautiful day out in nature, learning the ways of a master distiller foraging for botanicals to add to the latest delicious creations.
Delve into the history of No8 and our famous family recipes, how your favourite spirits & liqueurs are created and get ready to be wowed by our new production facilities & equipment, including our impressive, beautiful new Still, Jackie. Plus we have a brand new 'Make Your Own Gin' Workshop available too.

A foraging journey
Since day one Julien has foraged native plants and flowers around Dunedin to create the unique and awarded spirits. Join our Master Distiller for a full immersion as forager. An exclusive and unique half day to discover the secret of Aotearoa. You'll learn how use native plants in spirits during a small hike around Dunedin.
The journey will finish at the distillery to be initiated into distillation with the natives you haveforaged.
Half day | Minimum of 2 to 6 people | Price & package info under request.
