Crafted from rescuing bruised & 'ugly' apricots from Earnscleugh Co op Orchards in Central Otago. ,
We designed to be drunk neat on ice, your first sip and smell will give you a sweet hug, followed by a rich taste of coriander, sunny apricot and a flush of chamomile.
Feel free to pair with the East Imperial Yuzu Tonic, Elderflower tonic or tonic water to up-scale your drink.
